I was fortunate to get to capture this sweet family while Levi was less than 24 hours new in the hospital. I know these are not always the most glamorous pictures, but they are some of my favorites. The freeze time for just a minute on a precious time before you bring your little one home.

It was so fun to see how much Levi had grown for his newborn session. Many people ask how long to wait for newborn sessions, and I typically say within the first two weeks. However, if you choose to do a Fresh 48 session I love pushing these sessions back a few weeks. Baby is a little more awake, sometimes we get a few smiles, and mama feels a bit more like herself.

I always love when families include their fur babies. Ours is so important to us and thinks she is human most of the time, so I truly know how special they are to have included. Enjoy a few favorites!
